RHS Chelsea 2016
Design and install an exhibit at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show for Interflora, reflecting the brand’s affiliation with weddings, whilst providing the perfect backdrop for a souvenir selfie!
What we did
We wanted to ensure there was clear visibility of our ‘Open Church’ concept within the Grand Pavilion.
This year, we increased the height of the exhibition to 5m and introduced more lighting to create standout.
Visitors, for the first time, are encouraged to walk through the exhibit, experiencing Interflora’s incredible floristry expertise, from every angle.
Our award-winning installation featured two floral bells and three suspended floral chandeliers to create a delicate, elegant aesthetic. The windows were a contemporary take on traditional stained glass. The etched details were inspired by St Denys Parish church in Sleaford, where Interflora’s head office is based.
The flooring is a rich wooden herringbone effect, mirroring a traditional church aisle, which became the walkway for visitors to pass through the exhibit.
