Installation & Management
It all starts with the floor when you walk into your home. So we featured key inspirational flooring ranges to browse at the front of the store, leading into boutique product range zones, which helped to segment the retail space.
With the ambition of becoming your inspirational home stylist, each product story was given its own home and a confident communication package (Blind Bar / Curtain Gallery / Shutter Gallery and Carpet Studio),
all creating an easy to navigate and informative environment.
The addition of a design studio area created a space to talk about the latest design trends to share and showcase some current interior ideas, trends and inspiration for your perfect home.
The bold-striped carpet installation, which defines the centre of the store, runs across from wall to wall and continues up the featured stairway to clad the wall. It is an unexpected reveal and surprising design detail.
New multi-purpose retail merchandising displays ensure customers can experiment with different fabrics and textures, while the central islands let customers lay out samples & materials. Hillarys expert team are on hand to help customers find their perfect combination of interior finishes.
All the graphic communication in-store is built on the brand promise of “You’ll Love What We Do”. From the warm and welcoming “Hello” that greets the customers arrival to inspirational graphics and an iconic fabric-wrapped 3D ‘H’ device, which pops up throughout the customer journey.
The first new home studio store concept launched in Bristol in January 2017, with further rollouts planned throughout the year.
