Bringing the great outdoors… indoors

Friday, November 20th, 2009

We’ve been commissioned by travel, adventure and outdoor clothing company, Craghoppers, to produce exhibition stands for a series of European events initially. These include two major trade show - ISPO and Friedrichshafen - with the possibility of a further three international shows. Two of the confirmed shows overlap so we face a logistical as well as creative challenge.

Our brief is to fulfill the respective needs of the consumer and trade audiences: the consumer shows as shops for the product range and trade to get across the excitement and ‘theatre’ of the brand. Creatively, our aim is to reflect Craghoppers global climate map, where they provide technical and affordable clothing for all climates. Our design needs to show Craghoppers as synonymous with world travel and support their customer commitment to ËœFeel at home in habitats that aren’t your own’.

Chilli Pepper at Pure 2009

The Mynt Design team were at it again with this stand at Pure - definitely the best stand design according to the client and the show organiser.

We spent most of Monday at the show and felt that the atmosphere was a little flat, except when the cat walks were alive. Yes the economy is poorly but we Brits are just too reserved to be able to match the buzz of European shows.

Chilli Pepper stand at Pure 2009 For this stand we created a spilt space to bring to life the Chilli girl by day and and night. It also meant they had greater rack space for more SKUs and a really workable area.
